Caroline has 30 years experience in dementia care – carer to social worker to CEO – leading workforce development in dementia care. Founder of 3 Spirit Training Consultancy who has trained over 100,000 carers and developed over 500 different health and social care programmes. She moved from the UK to New Zealand in 2022 after a long love affair with the country – now working in Aged Residential Care supporting the following workstreams – Care Model, Research, Education and Dementia Design.
