Christian Shepherd is a journalist. Currently, he is the China correspondent for The Washington Post. Previously, Shepherd covered China for the Financial Times and Reuters from Beijing. Shepherd received his B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from Oxford University, his M.A. in Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham Ningbo, and his diploma in Mandarin Chinese from Tsinghua University.
