Colin Grabow is a Research Fellow at Cato Institute, focusing on U.S. trade with Asia and domestic trade protectionism, such as the U.S. sugar program and the Jones Act. Grabow's work has appeared in USA Today, The Hill, National Review, and The Weekly Standard. Grabow received his B.A. in International Affairs from James Madison University and his M.A. in International Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University.
