Damon Young is a writer, editor, humorist, and co-founder of the website Very Smart Brothas. He is also a contributing columnist to The Washington Post. He is the creator and host of the podcast, “Stuck with Damon Young.”Previously, Young was a contributing opinion writer for the New York Times and a columnist for GQ. He has written for the Atlantic, Esquire, NY Mag, the Undefeated, Ebony, and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. His first book, “What Doesn’t Kill You Makes You Blacker: A Memoir in Essays,” was published in 2019.
