Dan Chaon is an author of short stories and novels. Before becoming a full-time writer, Chaon was a Professor of Creative Writing and Literature at Oberlin College. Chaon’s fiction has appeared in Best American Short Stories, The Pushcart Prize, and The O. Henry Prize Stories, as well as literary publications. He is the author of three short story collections and four novels. Chaon received a B.A. from Northwestern University, and an M.A. from Syracuse University.
