Dan C. Goldberg is a health journalist and author. Currently, he is a deputy health care editor for Politico. Before that, he was a reporter on Politico's national health care team, covering politics and policy in the states, and before that, he covered New York State health care for POLITICO New York. He has also been the health care reporter for the Newark Star-Ledger and a sports reporter for the Antelope Valley Press.
Goldberg's first book, "The Golden Thirteen: How Black Men Won the Right to Wear Navy Gold," was published in 2020.
