Daniel Beuce Levin is the director of business development at Hay House and author of the book, The Mosaic.
If you’ve ever wanted to see more clearly and feel more whole and at peace, then do we have the mosaic show for you. Today I’ll be talking with Daniel Bruce Levin, author, poet, businessman, and mystic, a former monk and former business director of Hay House, and the author of perhaps my favorite fable ever, “The Mosaic” And that’s just what I want to talk with him about today, about finding peace by rediscovering our connection and learning how to see clearly again. That plus we’ll talk about Thor, Spider-Man, Captain America, and the Fantastic Four, squeezing lemons, broken bowls and glue of gold, the gift of prophecy, and what in the world invisible friends have to do with anything.  Key Points Discussed: How many times have you walked away from everything and walked towards yourself? (03:23) Connecting to the beast of passion and living in the moment instead of running away from it (06:20) How did you handle the competing interest within you that could have torn you apart? (08:15) The reason why Daniel was set up (13:36) How the horrible consequences of having an affair unfolded into the greatest gift for Daniel (20:39) How to establish connection in a world where nobody can say how they actually feel and where people don’t listen to each other (24:00) How to pour out enough of the cup to listen to the universe but most importantly listen to ourselves (25:58) The internal conflict we go through when we are out of integrity and out of sync (29:31) Creating a listening revolution and the impact it could have (32:52) The blind woman who sees more clearly than any of us and how we can begin to see (48:23) How do we let of the stories that are destroying us to set ourselves free? (55:47) The importance of trusting our inner voice and how Daniel did it (57:57) Additional Resources: The Mosaic By Daniel Bruce Levin www.DanielBruceLevin.com www.TheMosaicOnline.com www.AutomaticWriting.com ……. This week on the show, Daniel Levin joins me as we talk about his book "The Mosaic", the feeling of connectedness, the need for Like Minded Communities to dissolve, the exquisiteness of the ordinary, and challenging our core beliefs. Also, I talk about my Improv comedy over the last couple of weeks. I did my live show last Saturday and it was a huge achievement. Daniel and I discuss: The story about a street artist in The Mosaic and how people come to him and give him broken pieces of things that used to be beautiful The beauty of life is not who we used to be On our own, we can only be what we can be but together we can be so much more Being one piece away from an entirely new reality How he experienced the feeling of connectedness On not knowing what tomorrow brings What his experiment is all about Reconnecting the disconnected No matter how bad things are, you are one connection away from something entirely new Surrendering to the force that comes through us The compassion of listening is to allow them to feel for a moment the exquisiteness of what it feels to not carry your burden around for a moment On thinking how extraordinary we think we have to be Rediscovering the exquisiteness of the ordinary Different viewpoints on being ordinary and extraordinary Challenging our core beliefs Seeing beneath our superficial differences, we will see that we all have a lot in common More about Daniel Levin Levin walked away from an opportunity to run a billion dollar business, to hitchhike around the world to find happiness and inner peace. He studied in a seminary five years and left one day before becoming a Rabbi and lived as a Monk in a monastery for 10 years. As Director of Business Development, he grew Hay House from $3,000,000 to $100,000,000 in revenue. He is rare blend of businessman and mystic who sees what others do not see. He is the author of The Mosaic, a beautiful story that touches the heart and soothes the soul. It is a book that helps us see what we do not see and as such much of its magic exists in the space between the words.
