Dr. David M. Hondula is an environmental scientist. Currently, he is the Director of the City of Phoenix's Office of Heat Response and Mitigation and an Associate Professor of Geographical Science and Urban Planning at Arizona State University. Hondula received his B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia.
