Dina Nayeri is a novelist, essayist, and short story writer. Currently, she is a lecturer at University of St Andrews. Nayeri's work has been published in The New York Times, The Guardian, The Washington Post, The New Yorker, and Granta. Her short dramas have been produced by the English Touring Theatre and The Old Vic in London. Her first book, "A Teaspoon of Earth and Sea," was published in 2013.
