Born and raised in Detroit Michigan. Also lived in St. Louis as a child growing up. Doc Hicks attended college at Alabama A&M University. Doc Hicks was raised in a family of musicians. One of his uncles by the name of 'Smokey' was in the famous group called the Funkadelics. Growing up in and around the wild streets of Detroit and metro area, with all the musical influences, Doc Hicks created a Youtube channel called Doc Hicks TV that has over 100,000 subscribers. Many consider him to be in the top 5 of content creators within his genre with factual information. He is the creator and Producer of the "The No Offense Podcast" and director and producer of the series called "BMF DECODED" on Youtube with over a million views.
