Donnie" O'Sullivan is an Irish presenter, television writer, music producer, voice impersonator, podcaster, editor, graphic designer, livestreamer, and copywriter working in the German-speaking world.O'Sullivan came to Tübingen as a seven-year-old with his older sister and mother, where he also grew up. His uncle was the Foreign Minister of Ireland, and his cousin is the Irish musician David Kitt. After graduating from high school, he trained as a media designer. At the Berlin University of the Arts he studied design and visual communication from 2010 to 2014 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. Among other things, he later became an art director and worked as an author and realizer. He worked as a media designer for Magix Software and as a graphic designer for the TV channels Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and for MTV Germany, the German version of the TV channel MTV. He worked as a writer for the production company Endemol and the TV show Circus HalliGalli and hosted for the former music internet channel tape.tv.From November 2016 to May 2019, he was a full-time editor and host at the 24-hour livestream channel Rocket Beans TV (RBTV), responsible for gags, VTRs, ideas and scripts for various formats. He announced that he would continue to be seen there regularly, but rarely, mainly to host his show Bada Binge.With Nilz Bokelberg and Markus Herrmann, he started the podcast Gästeliste Geisterbahn in 2015. There he frequently appears as a voice impersonator. On November 20, 2015, he was a guest on the podcast DAS PODCAST UFO. As of January 2021, O'Sullivan publishes his own podcast titled That's What He Said.Under the stage name Donnie Dubson, he released three singles and an EP between 2006 and 2009 in the genre Liquid Funk. As Dubson, he was featured on various samplers. In 2017, he released a single on the RBTV channel under the stage name Yung Don (¥UNG DON).O'Sullivan lives in Berlin.
