Dora Kamau is a meditation teacher, currently teaching Mindfulness Meditation at Headspace Health. She is also a certified breathwork practitioner and a doula. Previously, Kamau was a psychiatric nurse. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and her B.Sc. in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Douglas College.
