Doug is currently the General Manager of AMP Agency, responsible for the overall performance and business strategy for the organization. Prior to that he was EVP, Media & Analytics for AMP Agency driving double digit revenue growth and expanding agency services into more data driven areas of media and measurement. An industry veteran of 20 years Doug has experience working on both the brand and agency side, as well as working in both a US and Global capacity. Prior to joining AMP Agency, he oversaw media strategy and planning for Bank of America at Digitas. In this capacity he was responsible for their wealth management and B2B lines of business and led the initial launch of the Merrill Lynch brand under the Bank of America umbrella. He led global media and communications planning for Reebok while at Carat, where who oversaw strategy, planning and investment teams in 47 international markets. As the lead for global communications planning Doug was responsible for Reebok’s global communications strategy as well as leading, Reebok’s Integrated Agency Team across creative, media, PR and social.
