Dr. Luella Forbes is a consultant, speaker and academic based in Perth, Western Australia. She works with leaders and organisations on storytelling, leadership and change — and has spent years studying the stories people tell about their working lives. Luella holds a doctorate and teaches at Edith Cowan University. She also runs The Narratologist, a consulting and speaking practice focused on how narrative shapes leadership and organisational culture.
