Dr. Zanetta Lamar is a native of Louisiana and is a proud graduate of Grambling State University. After earning her medical degree with honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Lamar completed training in internal medicine, hematology and oncology and is triple board-certified. Dr. Lamar is an author of more than 20 scientific publications, reviews and a book chapter. She has been a principal and co-investigator of several cancer related clinical trials. She is a mentor, educator and has a passion for improving patient care.
