Elly Bangs is an author of science fiction. She is also the Database Specialist for the Clarion West Writers Workshop and an IT Support Specialist for the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture. Bangs's fiction has appeared in Clarkesworld Magazine, Beneath Ceasless Skies, Escape Pod, Fireside Quarterly, and elsewhere. Her first book, the apocalyptic cyberpunk novel "Unity," was published in 2021. Bangs received her B.A. in Creative Writing from The Evergreen State College and is a graduate of Clarion West.
