Emily Jordan Osment is an American actress, singer, and songwriter. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Osment began her career as a child actress, appearing in numerous television shows and films including Biba from Biba Bear from 1998-2002 before co-starring as Gerti Giggles in Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams (2002) and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003). Another noteworthy role is Lilly Truscott on Disney Channel's TV series Hannah Montana (2006-2011).
