Eric Ebron is an American professional football tight end known for his athleticism and receiving abilities, most recently playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL. Born on April 10, 1993, in Newark, New Jersey, he attended the University of North Carolina, where he set school records for receiving yards by a tight end, earning All-ACC honors and All-American recognition in 2013. Drafted 10th overall by the Detroit Lions in the 2014 NFL Draft, Ebron showcased his speed and versatility as a pass-catching tight end, though he struggled with consistency early in his career. In 2018, after joining the Indianapolis Colts, he had a breakout season, recording 13 touchdown receptions, which earned him his first Pro Bowl selection.
