Evan Dicken is an author of science fiction and horror. He is also a Certification Manager at the Ohio Department of Commerce.Dicken's fiction has appeared in Analog, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and Strange Horizons. His first book, the novel "To Chart the Clouds," was published in 2022.Dicken received his B.A. in Psychology and History from Ohio University, and his M.A. in Japanese History from The Ohio State University.
