Dr. Eviane Leidig is a gender researcher whose work focuses on the global far-right, gender, and online radicalization, recruitment, and propaganda, as well as platform governance. Currently, she is a postdoctoral fellow at Tilburg University. She is also co-founder and co-editor of Manchester University Press's Global Studies of the Far Right series.Leidig has been featured in The Independent, Al Jazeera, BBC, Australia Broadcasting Corporation, and Bellingcat. Her second book, "The Women of the Far Right: Social Media Influencers & Online Radicalization," was published in 2023.Leidig received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California Berkeley, her M.A. in Sociology from the University of Bristol, and her Ph.D. from the University of Oslo.
