George Foster has played 15 years in the Major Leagues. He was drafted in 1969 by the San Francisco Giants to play along side greats like Bobby Bonds, Willy McCovey, Gaylord Perry, and Willie Mays.
In 1971 George joined the Cincinnati Reds as a member of the Big Red Machine. where he would play alongside baseball greats like Pete Rose, Ken Griffey Sr., Joe Morgan, Tony Perez, Cesar Geronimo, and Dave Concepcion. Here, he would establish himself as one of the most feared hitters in the game.
