Gina Vale is a Lecturer in Criminology in the Department of Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology at the University of Southampton, as well as an Associate Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT) and a Member of the Vox-Pol Network of Excellence. Her research focuses on terrorism, extremism, and the role of gender within violent organizations, with particular attention to women’s participation in and impact on extremist movements. Vale’s publications, including works available through Google Books, contribute to international discussions on counter-terrorism policy, rehabilitation, and the sociological dimensions of political violence.
