Glen is the co-owner and lead attorney at TaxPowers Law, LLC, has over two decades of experience litigating state and federal tax controversies within both the civil and criminal arenas. His portfolio includes fifteen years with the Alabama Department of Revenue, where he served as Deputy Attorney General and Director of Investigations. Glen also worked in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service, representing the United States IRS in civil litigation before the US Tax Court. He was also a member of the Joint Federal and State Terrorism Task Force and the U.S. Attorney SAFE-T Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Working Group.
Glen holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he earned honors for Trial Advocacy, Administrative Law, and Federal Income Taxation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/International Relations from Utica College of Syracuse University.
