I. Glenn Cohen is a legal scholar who specializes in health law and the intersection of bioethics and the law. Currently, he is a Professor of Law at Harvard University, where he also teaches civil procedure.
Cohen has appeared on PBS, NPR, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, Mother Jones, the New York Times, the New Republic, and the Boston Globe. He has published more than 150 articles and chapters. He is the author, co-author, editor, or co-editor of more than 15 books.
Prior to becoming a professor, Cohen served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Boudin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and then a lawyer for U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Appellate Staff.
