Gregg Nelson is a Co-CEO of Trumark Companies and related entities, a position he has held since he co-founded the firm in 1988. His career spans more than 35 years in the construction, development, and real estate investment arenas. Together with co-founder Michael Maples, his leadership and vision have led to the creation and growth of a multifaceted, enduring real estate enterprise. Mr. Nelson is known for his creativity, financial engineering, and deal-making passion. Mr. Nelson graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and completed an MBA program at Santa Clara University.
