After working in the mental health field for over 14 years doing community work, inpatient treatment, case management services and coordination of care, Gretchen Campbell desired to make a greater impact on a individual basis. In 2015 Grow, Encourage, Empower was established and Gretchen began servicing clients in Raleigh and the surrounding areas. In 2017 the office moved to Downtown Cary where Gretchen have been able to service individuals throughout the RTP area to include Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs and Fuquay- Varina.In the summer of 2018, Grow, Encourage, Empower was able to expand and we are so excited about the work and partnerships being created in Durham NC to continue the work in servicing tweens/teens and the Gen Z/ millennial population. Since 2015 Gretchen have been able to service countless families in working through crisis situations, parent/child relationship issues, child and adolescent behavioral/emotional concerns and young adults struggling with life transitions.
