Heather Cronk is Managing Director of Care in Action. Prior to joining Care in Action, she served as co-director of Showing Up for Racial Justice, focused on organizing white people to undermine white supremacy, in alignment with Black- and other people of color-led movements. She also served as co-director of GetEQUAL and Chief Operating Officer for the New Organizing Institute. A queer, agnostic seminary graduate, she serves on the board of The Open Church of Maryland and Faithful America.
