Dr. Hugh Breakey is an ethics philosopher and writer. He specializes in the ethical dimensions of property rights, intellectual property, the structure of natural, human and legal rights, classical liberalism, and civilian protection and international law. Currently, he is a Senior Research Fellow at Griffith University. Breakey has published academic papers and the textbook "Intellectual Liberty: Natural Rights and Intellectual Property," which was published in 2012. His first novel, "The Beautiful Fall," was published in 2021. Breakey received his Ph.D. in Moral Philosophy from the University of Queensland.
