Isidro Salas is the host and producer of the 10,000 TACOS Podcast. Isidro spent much of his childhood and up to his early 20s helping his family operate a food truck. Though he does not consider himself an expert in tacos, Isidro has way over 10,000 hours making, selling, and eating tacos. Not that he is keeping track but, Isidro has eaten more than 25,000 tacos in his lifetime.
