Jacqueline Olive is an independent filmmaker and media producer. Olive's first feature documentary, "Always in Season," was release in 2019. She co-directed and co-produced the film, "Black to Our Roots," which was released in 2009. Olive also worked on the production team of the PBS documentary series "Independent Lens" and helped launch the PBS documentary series "Global Voices." She founded the media company Tell It Media. She began her career as a reporter for her local NBC news affiliate. Olive received her M.A. in Documentary Film from the University of Florida, and her B.A. in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana.
