Jake Haendel is a medical survivor, podcaster, speaker, and writer. He is a co-founder of the Ahoi! App, which seeks to increase accessibility for disabled people. He is the only documented case of survival from Stage 4 Acute Toxic Progressive Leukoencephalopathy, and one of the few people who has experienced and recovered from Locked-in Syndrome.
