Jane Seymour is a British-American actress known for her diverse roles across film and television. Born on February 15, 1951, in Uxbridge, England, she gained international fame with her role as Bond girl Solitaire in Live and Let Die (1973). Seymour’s acclaimed performances include the lead role in the long-running TV series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (1993-1998), for which she won a Golden Globe. She also earned an Emmy for her work in the miniseries Onassis: The Richest Man in the World (1988).
