In 2019, Janece Matsko discovered a love of audio story telling while editing a podcast called Off Color for her friend and documentary film maker Rebekah Henderson. That project went on hiatus during the pandemic and, like many, she began filling her abundant free time with TikTok and Twitch. Her freelance production and design company, Empowerment Ventures was created in 2020. Janece produces and edits podcasts for content creators and doctors from her tiny studio/office/closet in Colorado.
