Jared Leto is an American actor, musician, and director. Leto first gained fame as Jordan Catalano on the television series "My So-Called Life" (1994–1995) before transitioning to film in "Requiem for a Dream" (2000) and "Dallas Buyers Club" (2013), for which he won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. He is also the lead vocalist and songwriter for the rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars, which has released several successful albums and won numerous awards.
