Jeff Frazier is the founder and President of STIMPACK, a global clinical research technology company. He has served as a founder or leader of several Haiti-based NGOs. Frazier’s first experience Haiti was with an ant-child-trafficking NGO, during which he was kidnapped. He continues to travel to Haiti nearly twice each month. Frazier is a veteran of the U.S. Army, in which he served as a paratrooper.
