Jeff McBride is the president and CEO of the YMCA of Orange County, a role he has held since 2007. With nearly four decades of experience with the YMCA—and the past 17 years leading the Orange County branch —Jeff’s leadership has transformed the organization into a thriving nonprofit that serves more than 70,000 individuals annually. McBride's has overseen the expansion of programs in youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, all while fostering a culture of respect and accountability within the organization.
