Jennifer has been teaching in the Washington, DC area for 15 years. Jennifer deeply believes in the power of yoga and meditation to nurture the human spirit and promote radical and meaningful change in our lives and in our society. She views the work we do on our mats and cushions as “lab time” where we practice the methods that help us show up in the world with a more open heart.
