Jennifer Williams is a journalist who specializes in the Middle East, with focus on jihadist groups and terrorism. She is currently Foreign Editor for Vox Media.
Williams was a senior researcher at the Center for Middle East Policy at the Brookings Institution and the deputy foreign policy editor for Lawfare. Her work has appeared in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, and The National Interest.
She was a Sié Fellow at the Sié Chéou-Kang Center for International Security and Diplomacy at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, where she received her M.A. in International Studies in 2010.
