Jessica Linkhart is a writer, podcaster, movie buff, and history enthusiast. She grew up bouncing between small-town central Texas and southern California, and is a strange creature shaped by both cultures as a result. Infinitely fascinated by magic systems and influenced by her own father's obsession with all the "what if...?" scenarios of history, she has created several books' worth of stories set in the alternate world that her podcast's titular character, Minerva Damson, inhabits. She holds a B.A. in Russian and a minor in History from the University of Oklahoma and currently resides in the Sooner State.
