John Hart Asher is an environmental designer. His research interests include green roof design, sustainable roadside design, sustainable water quality and detention practices, soil restoration/conservation practices, compost for restoration purposes, invasive species treatment and removal plans, and native plant species selection. Currently, Hart Asher owns a design company, and previously he was with the Ecosystem Design Group of the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. His work has been appeared in DWELL Magazine and Texas Architect Magazine. Hart Asher received his B.A. in History from the University of Mississippi and his M.L.A. from the University of Texas.
