Norcross is an American professor, clinical psychologist, a board-certified specialist in psychotherapy, behavior change & self-help, distinguished professor of psychology at the University of Scranton, adjunct professor of psychiatry at SUNY Upstate Medical University, and author of the book, Changeology.
