Big John has had an interest in old time radio and things nostalgic most of his life. He got started collecting old time radio when he was 11 and heard a portion of War Of The Worlds with Orson Welles and The Mercury Theatre. His collection has grown and he has been doing The Glowing Dial with Big John and Steve podcast since 1996. The podcast got its start on Yesterday USA Radio but after 5 years went solo.
