John Willsie is the current Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Trumark Homes. In his role, Willsie leads all transaction negotiations and documentations in company merger and acquisitions and will serve as the centralized point of coordination among the company’s growing risk management, legal human resources, information technology and administration operating teams. He has more than 25 years of legal, real estate, risk management, and construction experience and has expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, zoning, and land use. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Occidental College and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, San Francisco, Hastings College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Contra Costa County Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
