Jonathan Buckner grew up in southern West Virginia. He fell in love with gospel music as a young boy singing in a rural church his grandfather started. During his sophomore year in college, Jonathan founded Chosen Road. From the beginning, his desire has been to make a positive impact in the world in the name of Christ through Appalachian music.
