Jonathan Wood is Vice President of Law and Policy at the Property and Environment Research Center (PERC), where he leads the organization’s Conservation Law and Policy Center. An expert in environmental law and property rights, Wood focuses on developing legal frameworks and policy solutions that support market-based conservation and responsible stewardship of natural resources. Prior to joining PERC, he litigated environmental and administrative law cases, and his work has appeared in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and National Review. Through his leadership at PERC, he advances policy reforms aimed at aligning environmental protection with incentives for private conservation.
