Josh Hinkle is a journalist. Currently, he is Director of Investigations & Innovation at the television station KXAN. He also leads KXAN’s political coverage and is the executive producer and host of the program “State of Texas.” He also teaches broadcast journalism at St. Edward’s University. Before coming to Austin, Hinkle was a reporter, anchor and producer in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Columbia, Missouri; and Oklahoma City.
