Justin Driver is a legal scholar. Currently, he is a Professor of Law and Counselor to the Dean at Yale Law School, where he has taught since 2019. Previously, Driver taught at the University of Chicago Law School. Driver received his B.A. from Brown University, his M.A. from Duke University, his M.S. from Oxford University, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. After graduating, Driver clerked for Judge Merrick Garland, Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, and Justice Stephen Breyer.
