K is the Theatre Nerd of the podcast Tone Deaf: a Theatre Nerd's Guide for their Musically Challenged Spouse. They were born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and moved to Utah at a young age. They fell in love with theatre at 7 years old and performed in various plays and musicals from age 8 to age 23. A film school graduate from the University of Utah, K has a passion for screenwriting and music and has enjoyed using the skills they learned in college when working on their podcast. They met their husband and co-host, Warren, on October 20th, 2008 and have been their partner since then. They have a rescue dog, Latte, way too many goldfish, and a geriatric betta fish named Bill.
