Kate Shaw is a talent strategist and manager. She specializes in focused on helping people and organizations experiment, learn, and grow. Currently, Shaw is the Director of Learning at Airbnb. Previously, she was the Talent Director and Head of Coaching & Development for Apple. Before that, she was the Head of Creative Services for Lucasfilm. Shaw received her B.A. in Russian and Central European Studies from Tufts University.
