Katrina leads the Transformation Office for Asia-Pacific and Japan at ServiceNow, partnering with customers and internal teams to forge the path between innovation and real-world outcomes. She brings more than 20 years experience as a Technical Executive across digital transformation, business technology and AI.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Katrina held positions at Salesforce, IBM, Oracle and Macquarie Bank – building the world’s first clustered databases, launching the first commercialised uses of AI in Enterprise, and leading transformation programs as Chief of Staff. She is also a Non-Executive Director for the largest junior sporting club in the southern hemisphere.
